In Human Form by David Kubicek

A well paced sci-fi with good character development. I found it impossible to put down and was instantly riveted from the time Jared, the gas station owner, finds Wendy wandering in the rain, with a case of amnesia. Her mysterious family’s home has been burned and her father killed. The attending doctor begins to do “tests” in an effort to get her memory back, but…

From there the author skillfully leads the way through one discovery after another. This left me wanting more and waiting for the next in the series!
